Guilty of aggravated driving under an intoxicating compound and failure to report an accident involving a death, a Texas man has been given a sentence that includes up to 10 years in prison.
Driving his car on the sidewalk of Sigel’s The Last Stand Tavern, the man killed one bystander and injured two other people on September 27, 2009. The sentencing was passed down by the Shelby County Circuit Court, softened by a plea bargain.
