James Spiros and Miranda Soucie meet with representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Justice

On Friday, October 30, attorneys James Spiros and Miranda Soucie of Spiros Law, P.C., met with representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Justice regarding medical malpractice mediation.  Some of the topics discussed at this meeting included “How lawyers work with insurance companies,” “Common medical malpractice disputes,” and “Enforcing the outcome of mediated disputes.”
